Question 1

What happens on the strategy call?

Accepted Answer

It is a focused executive session with Fred Nilson. He reviews your current business development process, identifies where leads and inquiries are slipping away, and maps how the Rain Assembly Operating System would fit your pipeline. You leave with a clear picture of next steps — no obligation.

Question 2

Who should attend the strategy call?

Accepted Answer

The owner, founder, or business development lead of the company — the person responsible for pipeline and revenue. For B2B small and mid-sized service companies, this is typically the decision-maker who can speak to current sales process, lead flow, and follow-up.

Question 3

What information should I prepare for the call?

Accepted Answer

Come ready to discuss your current lead sources, how quickly inquiries are followed up today, where deals tend to stall, and whether you need inbound coverage, outbound prospecting, or both. If you have a website, share the URL. No formal documents are required.

Question 4

How quickly will I hear back after submitting the contact form?

Accepted Answer

Initial review of your inquiry is typically completed within 48 hours. For the fastest response, book a strategy call directly and skip the back-and-forth — Fred Nilson reviews every intake personally.
